Ticket Price
Early bird registration is open until January 10th.
Ticket Price: $500
Regular registration is from January 11th until the end of February.
Ticket Price: $600
Late registration is from March 1st until the day of the conference.
Ticket Price: $700
Additional costs per extra family member attending dinner and social events are as follows:
- 0-13 years: half fees (50$).
- Above 14 years: full fees (100$).
The ticket will cover the following for both registrants and their companions:
- Conference fees.
- Thursday reception.5
- Friday and Saturday breakfasts.
- Friday gala dinner.
- Friday and Saturday lunch snacks.
- Kid activities.
- Babysitting services for kids below 6 years of age.
Please note that the ticket does not include Saturday Dinner. Dinner tickets may be purchased for an additional $100 per attendee.
Age bracket fees:
- 0-13 years: half fees (50$).
- Above 14 years: full fees (100$).
Interns, residents, and fellows may redeem code “RESJAPACONF25” for a 50% discount. Requires proof of training status.
Speakers and volunteers will be provided with special codes.

Our Exhibitor Packages
Exhibitors achieve presence at the Jordanian American Physicians Association conference “JAPACON-2025” with a dedicated tabletop exhibit located outside the general conference room.
Exhibitor Packages Include:
- One six-foot skirted tabletop located typically outside the general session room, for the duration of the conference. Exhibitors may use their own display, but it should not exceed a six-by-eight-foot footprint.
- One complimentary exhibitor registration. Additional passes may be purchased at the discounted JAPA Society member rate.
- Interaction with attendees before/after breakfast or lunch and Dinner and scheduled networking coffee breaks.
- Ability to distribute materials, collateral, or other promotional items from the tabletop display.
- Option to provide additional signage or displays, but should not exceed the six-by-eight-foot footprint.
