This team constitutes a collaborative effort aimed at helping early career members applying for residency in the US achieve their goals. It includes an individualized mentorship program started in 2020.
Mentors can help to apply candidates through:
- Sharing knowledge about their experience.
- Moral support and general orientation about life in the US.
- Reviewing and proofreading resumes and applications.
- Advise regarding ranking programs.
- Guide through and support after the match.
- Help establish career goals.
This is in addition to webinars that discuss match-related topics and share numerous useful resources such as relevant webinars, personal statements, resumes, and samples for NRMP applications.
