Early bird registration is open until January 18th.

Ticket Price: $500

Regular registration is from January 19th until the end of February.

Ticket Price: $600

Late registration is from March 1st until the day of the conference.

Ticket Price: $700

Additional costs per extra family member attending dinner and social events are as follows:

0-13 years: half fees (50$).
Above 14 years: full fees (100$).

The ticket will cover the following for both registrants and their companions:

Conference fees.
Friday reception.
Saturday and Sunday breakfasts.
Saturday gala dinner.
Saturday lunch.
Kid activities.
Babysitting services for kids below 6 years of age.

Interns, residents, and fellows may redeem code “RESJAPACONF26” to receive a discounted ticket price of $150. Proof of training status is required.

Speakers and volunteers will be provided with special codes.

Hotel Booking

A limited number of rooms can be reserved at a special price at Clearwater Beach Sheraton Resort on Sand Key and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
