Ticket Price

Early bird registration is open until Jan. 10th.

Ticket Price is: $400

Regular registration is from January 11th until the end of February.

Ticket Price is: $500

Late registration is from March 1st until the day of the conference.

Ticket Price is: $600

Additional costs per extra family member attending dining and social events are as follows:

0-5 years: no fees (0$).
6-13 years: half fees (50$).
Above 13 years: full fees (100$).

The ticket will cover the following for both registrants and their companions:

Conference fees.
Thursday reception.
Friday and Saturday breakfasts.
Friday gala dinner.

Please note that the ticket does not include Saturday dinner, which will require a separate ticket for access ($100 extra).

Age bracket fees:

0-5 years: no fees (0$).
6-13 years: half fees (50$).
Above 13 years: full fees (100$).

Interns, residents, and fellows undergoing training must use the code “RESJAP2STCONF” to avail a 50% discount, alongside presenting valid identification to verify their training status.

Speakers and volunteers will be provided with special codes.

A limited number of rooms can be reserved at a special price and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If you want, you can reserve a room at the conference’s hotel, the DoubleTree by Hilton Houston-Greenway Plaza in 6 E Greenway Plaza, Houston TX 77046, through their website.

Our Exhibitor Packages

Exhibitors achieve presence at the Jordanian American Physicians Association conference “JAPACON-2024” with a dedicated tabletop exhibit located outside the general conference room.

Exhibitor Packages Include:

One six-foot skirted tabletop located typically outside the general session room, for the duration of the conference. Exhibitors may use their own display, but it should not exceed a six-by-eight-foot footprint.
One complimentary exhibitor registration. Additional passes may be purchased at the discounted JAPA Society member rate.
Interaction with attendees before/after breakfast or lunch and Dinner and scheduled networking coffee breaks.
Ability to distribute materials, collateral, or other promotional items from the tabletop display.
Option to provide additional signage or displays, but should not exceed the six-by-eight-foot footprint.
