Ticket Price: $500

Regular registration is from January 19th until the end of February.

Ticket Price: $600

Late registration is from March 1st until the day of the conference.

Ticket Price: $700

Additional costs per extra family member attending dinner and social events are as follows:

0-13 years: half fees (50$).
Above 14 years: full fees (100$).

The ticket will cover the following for both registrants and their companions:

Conference fees.
Friday reception.
Saturday and Sunday breakfasts.
Saturday gala dinner.
Saturday lunch.
Kid activities.
Babysitting services for kids below 6 years of age.

Interns, residents, and fellows may redeem code “RESJAPACONF27” to receive a discounted ticket price of $150. Proof of training status is required.

Speakers and volunteers will be provided with special codes.

Exhibitor Packages Include:

One six-foot skirted tabletop located typically outside the general session room, for the duration of the conference. Exhibitors may use their own display, but it should not exceed a six-by-eight-foot footprint.
One complimentary exhibitor registration. Additional passes may be purchased at the discounted JAPA Society member rate.
Interaction with attendees before/after breakfast or lunch and Dinner and scheduled networking coffee breaks.
Ability to distribute materials, collateral, or other promotional items from the tabletop display.
Option to provide additional signage or displays, but should not exceed the six-by-eight-foot footprint.
